This is a 3 hour drawing group based in the lovely cafe at Oakington Garden Centre. I will be teaching a different topic each month from September to November 2024.
Topics are to be announced. I will contact anyone who has registered interest as soon as booking information is available. Please send any requests or ideas for topics when you register your interest.
These sessions are suitable for any level of artist and the aim is to provide you with inspiration and fascinating facts, allowing you to draw with a fresh eye and new perspective.
This is a special opportunity to study a wide range of plants. We will look at a range of botanical samples, both from my own collection, and when samples are available, from within the Garden Centre itself.
You will also receive a free drink from the cafe (excluding alcohol), and a voucher for 10% discount for the cafe and shop on the day of the class.
Adults only. Advance booking essential.
WHAT TO BRING: This is an informal session, working from life, sketching in your own style. Please bring your own sketchbooks, paper, pencils, fineliner and/or watercolours - whatever you need to work with.
