Made-to-order production times

Many items are made-to-order and some products will take take a few days to be produced and dispatched. Printed clothing, mugs and bags typically take 6 business days production. Production times can double over busy periods. Bulk and wholesale orders may have longer lead times which can be discussed at time of ordering.

Word Art proofing & production times

Your design proof will usually be produced within 1-3 business days. Once at proof stage, I will require your approval by email before the artwork is printed. Printing and framing takes 3-5 business days before the finished item is dispatched.

It is possible to make 2-3 small amendments at proofing stage. Any major changes which will cause a change to the appearance or structure may be chargeable - I will contact you if this is the case.

Colour proofs can only be used as a guide, as all screens and monitors vary.

Standard shipping times
(please check the top of this post for special announcements)

UK: allow 3-8 business days after dispatch.

Europe: allow 5-10 Business days after dispatch.

USA: please allow 7-15 business days after dispatch.

Undelivered & delayed items

Times are approximate. Somebody must be available at the address to receive the parcel.

Delivery times are dependent on the postal service, your location and the time of year. I am not responsible for postal delays of any kind. Events such as Christmas and Pandemics can dramatically effect shipping times. Please check the top of this post for special announcements.

Although rare, there could be a delay at Customs. Please be aware that these types of delays can add several extra weeks onto the delivery expectations for international orders at peak times.

The buyer is responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.

Undelivered UK claims can be made with Royal Mail after 10 working days from parcel due date, for Europe Airmail 20 working days, Rest of World Airmail 25 working days.

Local Pickup

If you are in the Cambridgeshire (UK) area and want to save postage by picking up your order, the option is available at checkout.

Production Partners

When possible, I enjoy hand printing my products - but this is a luxury! I do also work with a small selection of trusted suppliers in the UK and USA for localised printing. This helps me produce items more efficiently and save the customer time and money on shipping. All the designs and illustrations still belong to me.

Colours, Textures, Sizes
I try to be as accurate I can be with photographs and descriptions to best describe materials, colours and textures, but please bear in mind that there will always be a visual difference between computer screens, real life, file types and photographs.
I cannot guarantee that the colours that you see on screen will exactly match the colours on your final product. Recycled materials are unique and can differ. Images on stretched fabric may occasionally have a subtle distortion – this is the nature of fabric. Colour proofs can only ever be used as a guide.

Due to Covid-19 and Brexit-related challenges, product materials are subject to change without notice and may vary from those shown. I will try to match materials and manufacturing specifications as closely as possible.
