This year we are all still faced with many challenges, such as Brexit, the fight against Covid, and some pretty extreme weather!
However, through experience we are managing to adapt more every day.
Most products are available for sale now and can be ordered through the website. There are a few regions/products that are still difficult to provide for, but if you get in touch with me it is likely there is still a solution!
Currently I am operating business as usual, whilst carefully following government guidelines. Please bear in mind that processing times may double during busy periods.
I have no staff and work from home, the nature of my work makes me naturally well isolated, however I still exercise caution and take the health of my customers and partners seriously.
Please be mindful of the Post Office and couriers who are working hard to deliver your parcels as soon and safely as they can.
Most parcels do arrive quickly, however, several countries still have severe delays at Customs points and Sorting offices, resulting in backlogs of 4-12 weeks (worst case scenario).
Custom-made items may have several days extra processing and shipping times, due to the extra strain on my suppliers. Some items may be unavailable.
Any orders placed will be processed according to the situation with my supply chain, processing times could double during this time and there are no guaranteed timelines. So far, nothing has been particularly delayed.
If I cannot fulfil an order, I will contact you ASAP to arrange a refund or alternative solution.
