Currently I am operating business as usual, whilst carefully following government guidelines. Please bear in mind that processing times may double during busy periods.
I have no staff and work from home, the nature of my work makes me naturally well isolated, however I still exercise caution and take the health of my customers and partners seriously.
Stock items will ship as normal. I have plenty of Cards, Notebooks, Mirrors and Temporary Tattoos in stock, as well as a few Mugs, Art Prints and Frames.
Please be mindful of the Post Office and couriers who are working hard to deliver your parcels as soon and safely as they can.
Currently several countries have severe delays at Customs points and Sorting offices, resulting in backlogs of 4-12 weeks.
Custom-made items may have several days extra processing and shipping times, due to the extra strain on my suppliers. Some items may be unavailable.
WORD ART is currently unavailable outside of the UK except for Printable Files. Any orders placed will be processed according to the situation with my supply chain, processing times could double during this time and there are no guaranteed timelines.
If I cannot fulfil an order, I will contact you ASAP to arrange a refund or alternative solution.
